No. Our review scores are set exclusively by our editorial team based on hands-on testing and structured evaluation criteria. Vendors cannot pay to change or influence scores, pro/con lists, or editorial conclusions. Paid sponsored listings are clearly labeled as such and exist separately from review content.

How do I request a review of an AI agent not currently listed?

Use our Submit an Agent form. We review all submissions and prioritise agents based on search demand, enterprise relevance, and our editorial calendar. We cannot guarantee a timeline for reviewing submitted agents, but we do read every submission.

I think one of your reviews contains incorrect information. What should I do?

Include the specific review URL, the section you believe is inaccurate, and supporting documentation (pricing page URLs, product documentation, etc.).
